```Duties```
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with assigned accounts
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients and addressing their Personal Lines insurance needs and concerns
- Providing product knowledge and support to clients
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
-Current Property and Casualty Licensure in the state of Arkansas with completed Continuing Education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills to identify client needs and propose solutions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse client base
- Experience in insurance sales and product knowledge, as it demonstrates your ability to understand the market and meet sales goals
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applied EPIC
