Out ideal Account Manager candidate has:
- A proven track record as a leader.
- Experience working with customers throughout the USA and Canada
- Experience managing high-volume accounts;
- A ninja multitasker who thinks outside the box.
.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full functional responsibility for assigned book of business.
- Responsible for generating revenue growth through new customer relationships.
- Ensures customers experience best-in-class customer service.
- Works closely with the corporate sales team to generate revenue through new and existing customers.
- Dispatch's company drivers, brokersfreight, solicitcustomers, andoutside carriers to increase our carrier network, and manages assigned customer accounts.
- Generates customer quotes, marketing material, and assists with pricing strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
