Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Two Trees, a leader in the digital marketing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage individual accounts. Resolve any issues and handle clients’ needs promptly.
2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships, as well as through networking and market analysis. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to each client. Ensure alignment with clients' business goals.
4. Project Management: Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns from conception to completion. Ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to budgets.
5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide clients with regular reports. Offer insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Market Knowledge: Stay informed of digital marketing trends and best practices. Educate clients on the latest industry developments and how they can impact their business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
