Sales Territory: Morristown to Knoxville
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online leads.
Conduct research to identify potential customers and projects in the Eastern Tennessee market.
Conduct thorough assessments of customers' roofing needs and provide tailored solutions to address their concerns and objectives.
Educate customers on the features, benefits, and advantages of our roofing products and services.
Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts for roofing projects based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.
Present proposals to customers in a professional manner and address any questions or objections they may have.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, appointments, proposals, and closed deals.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Eastern Tennessee roofing market.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and building codes is preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Experience with CRMs and Microsoft Office
General sales experience is also considered a plus.

Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
