Job Description
Account Executive
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a sales hunting role or a combination of sales hunting & BDR/SDR (just a BDR/SDR background is not a good fit)
- College Degree (BA, BBA, or higher) candidates with an AA , some College will be considered, but will need to have 10+ years of the above required experience.
- Two years experience selling a moderate to medium complexity service (data, software, business services, etc.) required.
- A minimum of 3 years selling B2B required
- Experience selling to financial institutions highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in team selling environments, lone wolf hunters tend not to be a good fit for us.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a flexible, highly transparent, and accountable environment with clear sales goals and measurement of these goals, but no micro-management.
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, Leadfeeder, and Gong(or similar tools) preferred.
- For the first six months/training period their will be an expectation that the person will be in the office at least 3 days a week, more flexibility after training period.
