This position requires an outgoing, positive personality who is willing to ask for the sale. We have a proven company sales strategy as well as a strong support team standing with you every step of the way. We are willing to consider individuals with little sales experience, in turn you must come with willingness to learn and work hard.
This is a fully remote position. 2 years sales experience preferred, preferably within the RE industry. Everything paid for by the company, including events, flights, trips. 30% commission on each sale.
Required Experience:
- 2+ Years of successful sales experience as a top producer in previous/current position
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients.
- Ability to network, ask for referrals and build lasting relationships quickly.
- Ability to work autonomously while continuing to focus on goals and meet deadlines.
- Ability to strategize and prioritize efforts to achieve goals.
- Positive & professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities
- Our Account Executives build lasting relationships with real estate brokers, teams, and agents within their respective market in order to position themselves as the local home warranty expert
- Responsibilities include prospecting for new business, cultivating relationships, maintaining existing accounts, conducting sales presentations/lunch and learns/ meetings in person and virtually, CRM management, full sales cycle management, utilizing tools to market and capture business, and increasing brand awareness
- Sells home warranties by prospecting and developing relationships with clients while being solutions focused
- Identify business opportunities by meeting with prospects and effectively evaluating the opportunities
- Distribute Marketing Materials & close all facets of sales process
- Foster deeper relationships with existing clients and maximizing business opportunities
- Travel throughout assigned territory visiting a minimum required number of offices per day
- Conduct one-on-one presentations /office presentations, and lunch and learns with RE professionals
- Attend networking functions
- Educate prospects on product, best practices, and processes
- Manage pipeline and sales cycle from start to finish
- Update CRM dashboard daily with your activity
- Effectively manage time and territory to scale territory
- Create positive customer experience
