Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience (full cycle from hunting to closing)
- Excellent proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day) and handling objections
- Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
- Team-player mindset with a willingness to collaborate
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software to track leads and opportunities (HubSpot)
- 5+ years of full cycle sales experience in SaaS, Real Estate Software, Prop-tech
- Experience selling to Real Estate agents and brokers
- Title Account Executive experience is a plus
- Blockchain, Web3, Crypto industry knowledge is a plus

- Base compensation: $65,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)
- OTE (on-target earnings): $80,000-$120,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)
