We believe asset and inventory management should be an easy process that can prolong the useful life of existing furniture, fixtures and equipment assets and reduce purchasing redundancy. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Logistical Solutions division to develop and maintain long-term relationships that will help our clients' lower costs, improve efficiencies, and reduce operational. In this role, you will help our customers take back expensive real estate and reuse valuable existing furniture assets so they can optimize their space to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Job Objectives:
  • Develop realistic short- and long-term sales goals that increase revenue for organization.
  • Identification of new business opportunities will be primary focus of the role.
  • Penetrate existing accounts with a broadening range of service offerings.
  • Increase sales volume and profit margins by closing business opportunities.
  • Engage directly with dancker leadership and create opportunities for introduction to executive level contacts within Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management and End User.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leads in our Workplace Technology, Furniture & ForBuild Teams to identify cross-referral opportunities or joint approach strategy at existing and/or new accounts.
  • Establish and nurture alliances with Account Managers and product/service experts within dancker to assure presentation of appropriate resources to external contacts.
  • Prepare bid responses highlighting our approach to perform best in class service based on client expectations and needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build out case studies & communication campaign strategy.
  • Triage membership and event opportunities to identify those with greatest potential for return on dancker investment.
  • Coordinate with other team members to generate accurate, timely specifications and assure effective, efficient project management.
  • Deploy and implement the utilization of technology to meet client needs.
  • Consistently deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of market knowledge
  • Well networked in NY/NJ
  • Must possess prospecting skills
