RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL TITLECOMPANY SALES EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
Large national residential/COMMERCIAL TITLE COMPANY has an immediate opening for an experienced sales candidate for a fast-paced Title company in Mid-Atlantic states of MD, VA and DC. We have been rated among the Top Title Companies by the Washington Business Journal for 27 consecutive years.
Qualifications:
· Applicants must have at least 5 years of residential/commercial real estate sales experience
· Verifiable performance record and competency operating in various CRM environments
· Competency operating in various CRM environments
Responsibilities:
· Hosting client events, attending trade shows
· Be available to address any client needs is a principal part of what comprises this position
· Must be willing to travel and entertain clients in the evening
· Partner with colleagues to strategically identify, nurture, and cultivate prospects and new markets for the company's product and service opportunities. Proactively learn and promote all services.
· Build referral sources and pursue relationships that result pipeline of prospects
· Respond to prospect inquiries and facilitate a successful sales process
- Manage a sales pipeline documenting activities to high standards via CRM technologies
- Serve as a primary contact for client and prospect questions that bolster client retention and facilitate sales.
- Seek out, develop and execute opportunities that support new business development and client retention activities including participation in sales campaigns, presentations, webinars, articles, and alerts
- Work with colleagues supervising staff to manage escalated client issues to successful resolution and assist in facilitating client communication and reassignments as required.
- Proactively seek ongoing knowledge expertise and general business trends and practices; share expertise with others. Use knowledge to respond to prospect questions and strategize solutions to meet client needs.
- Actively engage with colleagues across the company to build relationships and develop ideas that create business development opportunities and strengthen client retention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
