Do you have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences? Are you a consultative sale professional responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects and current customers? As an Enterprise Sales Executive on our Strategic Accounts team, you will bring innovative solutions to some of the largest companies where you will create and nurture strategic relationships. We look for individuals who have a proven track record of over-achieving and who like to WIN!
What do you need to have?
7+ years' experience in direct, outside sales, quota-carrying role selling enterprise software solutions (multi-million-dollar transactions, 6-24-month sales cycles) within the enterprise space (F500)
Experience selling SaaS-based solutions in the following areas is preferred: Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS), Customer Journey Analytics, Conversational AI, or Workforce Engagement Solutions (WEM)
Proven track record developing strategic relationships within the enterprise account space, building executive relationships (C-level), driving innovation, growing new pipeline/business development, and developing strategic long-term account plans.
Ability to effectively communicate our company's strategic vision and unique capabilities to customers, connecting them to the customers' business, and sharing a compelling plan on how we can help solve the customer's business challenges.
Experience developing marketing and prospecting plans for territory growth, with a track record of new logo account development. Ability to be an advocate for existing customers while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever, and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment. Experience with team selling and leading a diverse set of talented individuals toward a common goal within an account.
Proven experience in understanding customer needs and being able to articulate complex technology solutions
Confirmed ability to lead complex sales cycles, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
Familiarity with the MEDDPIC selling methodology.
BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
Ability to travel up to 50%

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
