Scope
ETRO is seeking a passionate, creative, and proactive professional to join the Wholesale team as an Account Executive Coordinator. The ideal candidate will help manage ETRO’s established client base providing exceptional service and communicating ETRO’s brand image. This individual will have a history of working in a wholesale and/or retail environment. They will continue to build brand and luxury retailer expertise and sustain relationships in the luxury market.
Areas of Responsibility
Requirements:Sales
- Help maintain and develop working relationships with specialty, key accounts and department stores. Maintain daily communication regarding orders, shipping updates and how to continue to drive the business.
- Participate in the planning and execution of market appointment. Collaborate with sales team on market preparation including model management, catering and calendar management.
- Perform order entry and follow-up, including reviewing order confirmations and reorders.
- Oversee Sample Management for trunk shows, market, and photo-shoot.
- Create selling recaps to effectively analyze the business including trends and competitive market analysis within the luxury landscape.
- Support ad-hoc requests, special projects, showroom presentations, and market week appointments.
- Prepare best sellers and missed opportunity to present to Wholesale team
- Review digital accounts to assure brand standards, pricing, and promotional activity is in line with ETRO Standards
- Adhere to all company budgets, and policies and procedures.
Education / Experience
- Undergraduate Degree
- 3 years of experience in wholesale, market research, and client relationship
- Experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics
Specific Skills
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Strong product sensibility, deep knowledge of and passion for competitive market, trends, & industry
- Project management, detail oriented, and organized.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with proven ability to drive results
- Detail oriented, extremely organized, and works well under pressure
