Job Description
The Account Director is a strategic partner for clients and internal teams. They drive projects/tactics, and manage the workload and profitability of assigned clients. The Account Director serves as a leader of their internal team by providing guidance on tasks and mentorship for growth.
About the Job:
- Successfully manage a brand through various stages such as launches, positioning, new campaigns, conventions
- Understand client category and proactively provide strategic recommendations and solutions
- Understand client budgets, scopes, and how to manage projects in partnership with internal teams
- Manage, motivate, and develop team through consistent mentorship
- Evaluate cross-functional team ideas for alignment to overall strategy and business objectives
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and use agency resources creatively to support clients’ business
- Participate in strategic and medical discussions relevant to brand(s)
- Understand digital, media, social, and analytics
- Participate as appropriate with the new business pitch process
About You:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 6 plus years professional/relevant experience
- Healthcare and pharma advertising experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Digital, media, social, and analytics knowledge
- Experience in managing a team

Salary:
$93,800 to $112,600 annually.
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
