Address We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Director with a growing law firm in the Roseland, NJ area (zip code 07039).
Position responsibilities are:
- Manage finances for the firm including billing, accounts payable, and payroll
- Manage firm budget
- Review financial data, create reports, and review with firm management
- Lead the firm's financial systems
- Supervise Billing Specialist and Accounts Payable Specialist
- interface with outside Accountants to review and prepare firm financials
Position requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required (Finance or Accounting degree preferred) in a law firm
- At least 5 years of related experience in a law firm environment
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Cleo or other financial software
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational, communication and client relations skills
