Remote Account Coordinator Position
Work remote - 5 days a week - FULL TIME!
Top Lock Locksmiths and Security is a family-owned and operated locksmith company. We’re looking to add customer service representatives to our team. This is a remote position. A reliable computer is required for the position. We will provide you with a VOIP phone to plug into your router. This is a 5-day work week. 1 weekend day is required.
Your job responsibility includes but not limited to:
* Receiving incoming calls, creating, and dispatching work orders
* Receiving incoming emails, creating, and dispatching work orders
* Daily follow up on open work orders* Vendor Management
* Assisting our billing team
* Customer service
The candidate must:
* Have excellent phone and communication skills
* Have the ability to multi-task in fast pace environment
* Be detail oriented
* Have a reliable computer with microphone capability or equivalent
