Job Brief:
We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, organized, and reliable individual who wants to learn about the print & production industry in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment. Part-time / Full-time hours available. A great opportunity to learn skills in a great industry. Prior experience in printshop customer service preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answering phones in a polite and professional manner and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Communicate knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Service Walk-in Customers and answer emails in a professional and prompt manner.
- Service customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service issues.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Operates machinery to cut, fold, glue, trim, bind, and finish the final printed product in accordance with the specifications detailed in a work order.
Qualifications
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Aptitude and desire to learn
Shift
Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
