The Regional Director oversees the operation of four dialysis clinics in Pembroke Pines, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and West Palm Beach. Therefore, you will need to live between Port St. Lucie and Fort Lauderdale
Here are some of the key areas you will be responsible for in this highly visible role:
- Responsible for overseeing overall operation of assigned clinics from a fiscal, clinical, technical, regulatory, personnel, business management and growth perspective in accordance with Company goals.
- Organizes and coordinates all new Denovo center development, from identifying the opportunity through construction to center opening and licensure.
- Works withyour Facility Administrators to maintain chronological, thorough, and appropriate documentation of all treatments and activities in the patient record and communicates with the patient, physician, and other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of and remains current with federal, state, and local laws, and regulations, including health care professionals' practice act requirements.
- Assures that assigned clinics are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and receive continuing certification from all statutory and regulatory agencies.
- Communicates with regional management on a consistent basis regarding the status of each clinic in the region. Implements and monitors appropriate contractual agreements/arrangements with collaborating agencies.
- Responsible for the professional development of each Administrator in assigned clinics.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Here are some of the key qualifications we are looking
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of prior management experience of a multi-site health care provider or five (5) to ten (10) years of demonstrated excellence in managing a dialysis center as an Administrator or clinical manager.
- A bachelor's degree in business or nursing is required. A combination of education, specialty certifications, and experience in a related area will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong public relations skills for dealing with physicians, vendors, hospital personnel, Managed Care Organizations, etc. as well as cultivating relationships with your internal teams across all clinics and the experience in cultivating relationships with your Facility Administrators and their employees.
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.
- Proven experience in executing projects and driving positive results with a focus on quality measures.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
