About this Position:
The Accessory Marketing Planner position will oversee the marketing and sales of accessories for Honda compact cars and SUV models. This position will manage the accessories launch and lifecycle for the marketing and sales for the Honda accessory lines. The Accessory Marketing Planner is required to develop marketing plans, sales target, launch preparations, and participation with the SED team members in accessory evaluations. Key KPI will be achieving PNVR targets to support the overall Parts, Service and Technical sales goal.
Responsibilities include:
- On Time Delivery targets met for all suppliers (including coordination of buildout flows and transitions to new models)
- Model Project Lead on marketing, launch preparation, and accessory evaluation involvement
- Honda marketing collateral and asset management.
- Manage the Accessory Incentive Program with the selected agency
- Subject Matter Experts (SME) to the internal and external groups on accessory information that can promote Honda Genuine Accessories when needed for dealer, media or customer-facing materials.
- PST Zone support for accessory sales and product information
- AHM publication management for accessory information and asset creation
- Plan and set up accessory sales promotion program

Required Work Experience:
- 5 years in combination of automotive sales, accessory parts, service, research, and marketing experience
- 5 years of project management
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent work experience
Desired skills:
- Strong project planning, organizing and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (required)
- Process management skills such as SWOT Analysis and PDCA (plan-do-check-act)
- Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven experience working in highly confidential business functions.

Total Rewards:
- Competitive Base Salary: $68,700 to $103,000
Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
