Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our fast-growing team at Transcend Bookkeeping & Finance. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage expenses and accounts payable
• Make deposits and record all cash receipts
• Maintain Cash Flow Spreadsheets
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
• Process bills using Bill.com
• Record payroll transactions
• Complete required tax forms and file as needed
• Financial Reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients
• Manage support staff and additional members of our team

Requirements:

• Four-year degree in accounting, math, or similar
• 3+ years bookkeeping experience
• Experience in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principals
• Knowledge of financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain schedules and accountability for deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage other team members
• Ability to manage multiple clients

• Quickbooks Online / Quickbooks Premiere
• Intacct
• NetSuite
• Bill.com
• Gusto / ADP / Quickbooks Payroll / Paychex
• Microsoft Excel
• Various Industry Specific Software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
