Form of work CSA is currently seeking an ACAS Administrator to support a prime contract with the NAVSEA CIO at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia. This role will act as an administrator for the Information Cybersecurity Branch in support of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard's Division of the Command Information Office. The successful candidate should be technical, customer service oriented, and enthusiastic with respect to the nature of work.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Provides technical support to customers involving a wide range of software, hardware, and DoD specific applications, including ACAS administration support
- Provide LINUX operating system administration.
- Assists with deploying and configuring the ACAS solution
- Troubleshoots ACAS issues
- Assists with overall network Cybersecurity posture
- Supports the NNSY Technical Review Board (TRB) (Configuration Control Board/CCB equivalent
- Aids the development of hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Must possess an Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited University, in an IT related discipline and minimum 2 years of experience performing cyber security operations.
- 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
- Qualifying 8570 Baseline Certification for IAT Level II (e.g. CEH or CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security + CE or CISSP)
- Experience with DoD STIGS, IA Tools (SCCVI, SCRI, Host Based Security System) and the RMF program.
- Experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux, the ACAS host operating system to include: Building, patching, and configuring RHEL systems (RHEL 7/8) to meet STIG requirements, configuring DNS, NTP, and network settings to support ACAS installation, and performing backups and restore of system OS and installed software if necessary
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Retina and Nessus
- Experience in detecting assets and vulnerabilities using several sensors (i.e. active scanning, passive discovery, agent- based scanning and event analysis, etc.
- Experience with network design, LAN/WAN systems and lab configuration to include the following capabilities: Installing, operating and maintaining routers, switches, domain controllers, member servers, clients, etc.
- Ability to replicate client environment issues Understanding networking support to include TCP/IP, DNS, and SMTP issues
