Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:
Alohana Açai Bowls is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our açai Bowl And Smoothie Restaurant in Vista, California. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a food service establishment and a passion for healthy eating and exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees, including cashiers, food prep staff, and servers
- Schedule employee shifts and manage payroll expenses
- Order and maintain inventory of food and beverage supplies, including fresh fruit, açai, and other ingredients
- Ensure that all food items are prepared according to company recipes and standards of quality and freshness
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
- Manage customer complaints and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience
- Monitor sales and inventory levels and make adjustments to ordering and pricing as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales
- Ensure that all employees follow health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Prepare financial reports and track expenses to ensure profitability
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food service industry, preferably in a similar restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $23.00/hour.
