With Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills Based Training (SBT) as our primary approaches for behavior reduction we stand apart in our ability to provide a safe-effective workplace. We have extensive growth opportunities and training available within the areas of: Sleep impeding behaviors, food intolerance, problem behavior prevention for 0-4 year olds, adult treatment and life skills, and skill building. We also offer telehealth access to services to support work-life balance and provide caseload assignments in a regional format to minimize travel.

Supervisor Responsibilities
- Candidates should be: energetic, adaptable, have a willingness to learn, and exhibit professionalism, organization, time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback from organization representatives and remain collaborative in all communication.
- Must be able to serve culturally and linguistically diverse families with varying economic conditions.
- Possess strong conflict resolution and management skills. Providing and overseeing in-home services to individuals with problem behavior excesses and skill deficits and working to build caregiver skill sets.
- Maintain all HIPAA regulations and requirements by working within company provided platforms and devices.
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance for the vehicle.
- Must be able to stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, and sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time.
- Regularly evaluate client and technician performance and ensure effectiveness of all treatment goals by:
- Overseeing all client programming and collaborating with BCBAs on additions, removals, or changes to planned client/caregiver goals.
- Reviewing data and session notes regularly, ensuring data is collected for all goals, and conducting IOA.
- Integrating caregivers by targeting their outlined goals and preparing technicians to train caregivers.
- Completing timely progress reports.
- Proactively collaborating with caregivers to include them as integral team members.
- Attend one-on-one meetings and group supervision meetings with BCBAs.
- Attend quarterly staff meetings and professional development meetings.
- Report any issues following the communication escalation procedures.
- Attend other duties as assigned by the BCBAs, Clinical Director and/or Executive Director.
- Monitoring contract utilization and ensuring effective delivery of telehealth and in-person services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be actively pursuing or holding a Master's Degree in ABA or a related field.
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a TB test
- Reliable means of transportation with active insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in implementing behavioral services, and knowledge of ABA strategies/methodologies.
- At least 1 year of ABA supervisory experience
- Experience managing staff
- Bilingual
