- Operate a quality restaurant within the guides of the Health Depart and corporate image. Build and future a team delivering excellent customer experiences. Maintain profitable inventory and staffing levels.
- At least two years of current experience in the same or similar capacity.Experience with $1.0M or higher restaurants.No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated, a location closed/was sold. Ability to articulate personal and team-led success stories. Experience with a drive-thru window a plus. Valid unrestricted driver license. ServSafe certification. Strong leadership qualities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
