Genentech USA, Inc. seeks an Applied Analytics Manager - Web and Mobile in its South San Francisco, California location.
Responsible for developing repeatable web & mobile analytics services such as audience targeting, segmentation, channel and content preferences and impact measurement using web analytics technologies. Responsible for analytics that drive strategies and optimization recommendation for digital marketing campaigns. Analyze user behavioral data from digital channels to inform optimal design of web & mobile properties. Drive common KPI measurement across Genentech's medical and commercial websites. Responsible for developing x-portfolio and industry benchmarks. Develop analytics reports and dashboards using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau/Data Studio and other data visualization and presentation tools. Support A/B testing campaigns. Implement new analytics processes and digital analytics solutions such as web content analysis, survey analysis, A/B testing analysis, marketing attribution analysis, etc. Support product marketing and service teams in optimizing the marketing campaign performance and user experience across the channels. Apply qualitative, quantitative and statistical methods to various types of marketing data, product and content data, digital customer clickstream and experience data to develop holistic insights on customers and marketing campaigns. Build self-service decision-making tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
Education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data or Business Analytics, or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Web, Data, Digital, or Mobile Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or a related analyst or analytics role.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location for this position of California is $208,632 to $281,500 per year. Actual pay within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
