In this role you will play a vital role in reducing the outstanding Accounts Receivables, employing their expertise to efficiently recover outstanding receivables in a timely manner. Duties:

• Communicate to recover and process outstanding receivables.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented attitude.
• Improve timely collection of past-due receivables for assigned portfolios.
• Participate in process improvement, reporting, control design, and system implementations.
• Drive DSO improvement/stability for assigned portfolios.
• Contact customers with past-due balances, resolving invoice disputes.
• Manage workflows aligned with company KPIs.
• Master AR systems and ERP sub-ledgers.
• Process and resolve inbound collection inquiries.
• Prepare and send past-due/demand notice letters for collections.
• Prepare and send Statements out to customers.
• Prepare accounts for escalation with necessary documentation.
• Work positively and professionally in a team environment with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• 2+ Years of Collections experience
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting.
