Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines such as routers and/or lathes.
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, or verbal instructions to ensure precise dimensions and specifications.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrate a strong focus on quality work performance, striving for excellence in every aspect of case building.
• Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operating hand tools and various woodshop equipment (e.g., saws, drills, sanders, etc.).
• Familiarity with woodworking techniques and principles.
• Safety-minded with a thorough understanding of workplace safety protocols.
• Dependable and reliable, consistently demonstrating punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail, ensuring precision in measurements and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a spirit of cooperation and collaboration.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Excellent communication skills, able to follow instructions and convey information clearly.
• Positive attitude and a passion for creating high-quality products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour
