DSP (Direct Support Professional) help people with developmental disabilities to live, learn, work and play in their communities. You will work as part of a team to help our people live their best life possible. You will give direct care in their home and community.
Status: hourly, OVERNIGHT position.
What We Offer:
Steady Schedule
Sleep wage: $14/hr Awake wage: $17hr
Time and a half after 40hr/week
Double time on 8 holidays
Paid Training (including 2 certifications)
Full time positions with full benefits
Part-time positions with partial benefits
What Do You Need Before Applying?
Must be 19 years or older
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver license with minimum of 3 years driving experience. (*preferred but not required for overnight staff)
Be able to pass a drug screen.
After Hire:
You will receive paid training and will obtain CPR/First Aid certification and Medication Administration certification.
