2nd Shift Yard Receiving Clerk

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Responsible for following Job Safety Analysis guidelines to ensure safe operations. 
• Overall responsibility for incoming lumber trucks 
• Assist drivers and handle conflicts with patience and in a highly professional manner 
• Do inspection reports 
• Maintain a daily receiving log 
• Track cull lumber 
• Provide production numbers to the lumberyard manager 
• Helps with yard inventory.      
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Self Motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening
• Positive and Verifiable Work History
• Be Qualified to Operate Forklift
• Able to Deal with the Public
• Work Week-ends, if Necessary
• Good Organizational Skills
