Meets established deadlines and objectives for shift.
Coach, motivate and lead team in a progressive manner with strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
Setup, run and troubleshoot various machines.
Band and remove bales from waste baler system.
Use forklift to move and load material onto machine conveyor system.
General computer knowledge: Word, Excel and Outlook
Basic math skills
Must be highly motivated with great work ethic, very dependable, fast moving and able to work well with others
Ability to motivate others
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to operate forklift effectively
