In search of an individual who is self-motivated that serves as front line customer contact supporting our facilities and providing quality customer service that meets and exceeds the company’s standard of excellence and customer expectations.
Position is full time.
Responsibilities:
- Providing information to company representatives co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Unloading all items delivered from the Plant.
- Folding linen for distribution,
- Shelving all back stock linens
- Logging all COG items and returning them to the proper units immediately.
- Attendance - tracking and reporting attendance issues to company representative.
- Reliable communication with both the customer and with company representatives.
- Linen service experience is not necessary, but Supervisory experience is a must.
- Must be an excellent communicator with all levels.
- Ability to teach effectively.
- Must be a leader.
- Must be a person of integrity and character.
- Must be self disciplined.
- Must be enthusiastic and self motivated.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to perform some administrative tasks.
Skills:
Can do attitude.
Computer skills.
Prior lead / supervisory experience required.
Customer Service skills a plus
Prior housekeeping in a hospital setting a plus.
