The QA Tech will be responsible for ensuring quality from the beginning of the process to the end of the process, reporting any issues found and documenting the aberrations, reporting these to the appropriate personnel, and subsequently following up repeatedly to make sure corrective action has been taken. The QA Tech reports directly to our Quality Manager and confers with them often to ensure that all standards are being upheld by all personnel.
