2Nd Shift Material Handler Opening!

Job Responsibilities 

1. Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment 
2. Receive production materials off incoming trucks and process through audit and detrashing activities Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges 
3. Check goods received/for distribution against purchase orders or invoices; maintain records of goods and reject unsatisfactory items 
4. Perform decontamination process to clean materials as they enter the clean room environment 
5. Coordinate with MFG groups to meet delivery efforts 
6. Facilitate material delivery for parts returning to the Warehouse 
7. Complete material transactions, creating non-conformance reports in IQMS and closing task in MFG based Cell Fusion application as the task requires 
8. Operate a sit-down forklift as needed

3pm-11:30pm (40-42 hrs a week) open to OT on front end of shift
Payrate- $ 25 per hour

Other Job Responsibilities 

1. Safety Protocol: Complete all required safety training 
2. Follow safe work practices by lifting no more than 35 pounds, using ergonomic pads, stretching when needed, etc. 
3. Adhere to personal/ and product safety guidelines by: utilizing appropriate PPE following clean room procedures following 
4. Lockout Tagout policies and procedures (LOTO and ZEST) utilizing fixtures (lift hoists, lift track, gantry cranes, lifting tool) to aid in the assembly of tools 
5. Perform Risk Management by Walking Around (RMBWA) inspections and document, correct and/or escalate safety issues/hazards to appropriate individuals/departments 
6. Respond directly and quickly to unsafe practices; escalate to next level manager (safety representative, lead, supervisor, manager); and escalate any unresolved issues (incorrect use of hoist, poor placement of tools/cords/ladders, etc., not using cones or barriers, PPE misuse)

7. Required Skills / Qualifications:

8. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience 
9. Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PPT, OneNote 
10. Experience in operating material handling MHE trained - Forklift preferred
11. Ability to read/write and to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance 
12. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials 
13. Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software
