The role…
You will provide a full range of material handling support to 2nd Shift at our Urbana, OH facility. Duties include but are not limited to: delivering raw materials to production, packing, and sorting materials, operating a variety of fork trucks, utilizing safe operating procedures, and collaborating with team members throughout the facility.

Overtime: Required overtime every 3rd weekend, Saturday and Sunday. Additional overtime may be required depending on volunteer opportunities and cross-training opportunities.

How you’ll make an impact…

• Deliver materials to specified departments.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies
• Assist other departments as needed
• Operate the paper compactor, bailers (plastic/paper), and core cutter
• Note: Other duties may be required

What do you bring…

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to operate a variety of lifts, (forklift, clamp truck, stand-up), stretch wrap machinery, manual and/or electric hand jack, strapping equipment, bailers/compactor, and core cutter
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as a ruler, tape measure, caliper, and micrometer
• Physical requirements – lift and manipulate unwieldy parts weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Ability to train others and willingness to cross-train
• Ability to multi-task and work with little supervision in a team environment
