2nd Shift Facilities Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Facilities Manager. At City Wide, we are proud to be the nation's leading management company in the building maintenance industry, providing top-notch solutions to a wide range of facility-related challenges.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the quality control of general business operations, as well as increasing client satisfaction. Working closely with Independent Contractors (IC), you will play a key role in ensuring the successful operation of various types of facilities, including industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, and more.

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will come in handy as you build and maintain strong relationships with ICs and collaborate with them to solve problems. Additionally, your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will guide you in reviewing the scope of work and ensuring quality assurance per account.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• An innovative mindset and a drive for continuous process improvement
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Consistent and punctual attendance
