Facilities Program Manager

A bioscience and information technology company is seeking a highly ambitious, adaptable, structured, and detail-oriented Facilities Program Manager to join their vibrant team at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Office of Science Management and Operations (OSMO), Office of Workplace Solutions (OWS).
Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement and installation of all furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE).
• Develop the procurement scope through communication with the end users.
• Select vendors to provide proposals, compare proposals provided to for review by end users/management, and prepare and track all documentation for the procurement.
• Work closely with project team to identify delivery dates for all items in the project schedule, and oversee the delivery, unpacking, installation, and activation of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Experience Required / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required.
• Facilities experience.
