As our global footprint continues to spread across the world, we are looking for an Industry Marketing Intern to join our team in Northbrook, IL.
What you'll learn & achieve:Industry marketing translates the organization's business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio of offerings into a well-defined, cohesive go-to-market strategy for an industry vertical.
The industry Marketing Intern will be expected to leverage business and marketing expertise to execute commercialization efforts on their assigned project(s). This individual will collaborate extensively with the business team and marketers to develop and execute a project that supports growth targets and business objectives. This role will also interact with the sales, product management and engineering organizations on tactics to support strategic initiatives and revenue-generating efforts.
Job responsibilities
- Rising senior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Ability to translate complex information into strong commercial messaging
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to track budget
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing and/or using a wide array of internal communication tools
