Responsibilities
- Assist with financial modeling
- Provide general accounting support
- Provide support for annual budgeting process
- Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects
- Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management
Education and Experience
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, required
- Desire and interest in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Financial or Accounting software experience (Yardi, Concur, etc), preferred
