The intern will work with Related Affordable's Portfolio Management Team on a variety of Portfolio Management, asset management, NOI/procurement, database management, and investor services projects. In addition, the intern will be tasked with a property-specific asset evaluation project which will span the term of the internship. The intern will have the opportunity to produce a report of that analysis and present that report to the larger Affordable team.

Qualifications:You'll need to have:
- First year graduate student
- A strong passion for real estate
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with excel
- Real Estate focused degree/curriculum
Locations available: New York City
Program will run from June 3rd through August 9th
