Our Team
We are seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Operations intern to work alongside each of our Sales Operations business groups. The Sales Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting our team on a variety of projects that will provide insights into Five9's sales processes and applications used by our Sales Organization.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with all the Sales Operations departments, the Sales Operations Intern will:
- Learn how to use Salesforce.com and other sales productivity tools to research account attributes.
- Review our account universe in Salesforce.com and identify missing attributes associated with our existing customers and prospect accounts.
- Support in the planning and implementation of process/projects
- Partner with key stakeholders in Sales Operations and to drive shared business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Creative problem solver, strategic thinker, self-starter
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills (detail oriented)
