The Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is integral to the future of marketing at the firm. Through the structure of MLDP, you will gain insight into how marketing plays a key role in driving the business to serve our clients and the communities where we do business globally.
As a Full Time Analyst in MLDP, you will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experts to help define and manage our brands, conduct customer and market research, and drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will partner with our Centers of Excellence to produce marketing and promotional materials, oversee external vendors and agencies, measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and performs with excellence and a risk and controls mindset to ensure error free executions.
MLDP starts with hands-on training, followed by three eight-month long rotations across our lines of business and corporate marketing team. You’ll build your foundational knowledge, professional skills and experiences in the following areas: Marketing Analytics, Strategy and Execution, and Brand/Creative. Upon successful completion of the program, we will support you in identifying your next role, as you build your career at JPMorgan Chase.
Job responsibilities
- Use data to support decision making and identify goals to track and report results to stakeholders (Marketing Analytics)
- Support delivery of effective, strategic plans to drive brand awareness and engagement (Strategy and Execution)
- Engage with creative partners to support development and delivery of impactful marketing programs, assets and collateral components to build brand awareness that grows the firm's bottom line. (Brand/Creative)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A well-rounded academic background
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S. or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with an expected graduation date of May 2023 -June 2024
- Demonstrated interest in Marketing as depicted by relevant internship experience, course work and leadership in a school or community organization
- Desire to rotate across functions and thrive in a collaborative fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Aptitude to digest large amounts of information and use it to develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
