Job description

Our Company
Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
The Opportunity
The Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) group sits within Adobe's Digital Strategy and Solutions organization and is responsible for progressing our customer's digital transformation initiatives with technical excellence. Within our organization, interns can be aligned to one of three key teams:
  • Solutions Consulting - Solutions Consultants play a hybrid role of the business consultant and technology expert acting as the trusted advisor for our customers as they embark on digital transformation; SCs collaborate with our customers to create and demonstrate a vision for a best-in-class digital experience that is powered by Adobe technology and will transform an organization's business, operations, and customer experience.
  • Enterprise Architecture - Enterprise Architects work directly with Adobe customers to understand their current technology architecture and usage, evaluate its effectiveness as it relates to their larger business objectives, and create a future-state technology architecture to best support their long-term marketing vision.
  • Sales Velocity - Sales Velocity focuses on accelerating sales cycles through scaling-whether that's assets, tools, or services. Your focus will be innovating existing pre-sales methodologies & tools, establishing demo strategy and priorities, executing those priorities cross-functionally, and helping with adoption across our offerings.

See below for additional details and qualifications for each role. Within the interview process we will discuss your interest and fit for each of the below teams.
Solutions Consulting:
Solutions Consultants work directly with Adobe's customers to uncover people, process and technology challenges that are preventing organizations from achieving priority business objectives. Before a sale is made, the Solution Consultant plays a hybrid role of business consultant and technology expert acting as the trusted advisor for our customers as they embark on digital transformation initiatives and evaluate Adobe's role within them. In this evaluation, SCs collaborate with our customers to create and demonstrate a vision for a best-in-class digital experience that is powered by Adobe technology and will transform an organization's business, operations, and customer experience. This is primarily a client-facing role where key responsibilities include identifying and defining business challenges and objectives through discovery, solution mapping, dream-state vision setting and storytelling through presentations, and product demonstrations. Through these engagements we demonstrate that value of adopting Adobe Experience Cloud technology.
As a Solution Consulting Analyst Intern, you will support projects that will help you to gain an understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud, the Solution Consulting organization, and the way in which we engage with our customers. You will develop fundamental key business, analytical and technical skills while learning the cloud software business in collaboration with a peer-based team. By the end of the summer, you will have completed multiple projects that make an impact on our organization while apprenticing with customer-facing Solutions Consultants in their field work. We aim to develop your skillset across storytelling, presenting, content creation and client-engagement.
What You'll Do
  • Actively participate in customer engagements on topics such as customer-centric business discovery, vision mapping and storytelling, solution recommendations, technology roadmap development, hardware sizing, technology architecture planning, and proof of concept execution
  • Work with cross-organizational partners including sales, customer success, digital strategy, product marketing, product management, enterprise architects and solutions architects to develop customer pitches
  • Learn to connect the dots between the customers' business problem and Adobe's solution offering to demonstrate value for the customer and their business
  • Learn the pre-sales software business through classroom-style enablement and in-field apprenticeship

Sales Velocity:
At Adobe, our Sales Velocity Team helps accelerate sales cycles, strengthen solution impact, and secure customer confidence through building scalable tools and developing bespoke customer services. This is primarily an internal-facing role where key responsibilities include helping pre-sales teams close more deals by innovating on the current and future tools that we present to customers, analyzing our pre-sales demo strategy, and developing internal operating maturity frameworks to help bolster our intrinsic value to Adobe.
As a Sales Velocity Intern, you will support projects that will help you gain an understanding of the Adobe Experience, Document and Creative Clouds, the Sales Velocity organization, and the software pre-sales businesses. By the end of summer, you will have completed multiple projects that create immense value for our organization and Adobe as a whole. Past projects have included conducting a voice of customer analysis, crafting return on investment frameworks for all of our offerings, Gen-AI driven internal search and modularized repeatable demonstration assets.
What You'll Do
  • Learn to connect the dots between customers' business problems, Adobes solution offerings, and our internal presentation or demonstration tools to showcase value for our customers and their business
  • Shape demo strategy and execute against demo tools and assets to invigorate our pre-sales business
  • Collaborate with cross-organizational partners including solution consultants, enterprise architects, digital strategists, customer success managers and more to understand their day-to-day needs in the field and develop tools and plans for how to best support them as they interact with Adobe customers
  • Manage projects that either recommend a new toolset or assess the effectiveness of an existing toolset to better support our internal teams as they progress customer deals through various stages in the sales cycle
  • Learn the pre-sales software business through class-room style enablement and hands on project experience

Enterprise Architecture
Adobe's Enterprise Architecture team works directly with Adobe customers to understand their current technology architecture and usage, evaluate its effectiveness as it relates to their larger business objectives, and create a future-state technology architecture to best support their long-term marketing vision.
As an Enterprise Architecture Intern, you will be learning from the best as you support experienced Enterprise Architects in their engagements with Adobe customers. You will learn how the Enterprise Architecture team runs, what their day-to-day tasks entail, how they interact with customers, and what key deliverables they are responsible for building all while supporting and influencing the growing team's operational strategy. You will collaborate on projects with Adobe's top customers to support digital experience growth and transformation in their marketing technology programs.
What You'll Do
  • Learn to connect the dots between customers' business problems and Adobes solution offerings to demonstrate value for our customers and their business
  • Collaborate with cross-organizational partners including solution consultants, solution experts, digital strategists, customer success managers, and more to develop innovative solutions to help them through various stages in the sales cycle
  • Gain experience with conducting technology analyses and developing high-impact recommendations
  • Learn to build custom architecture diagrams that showcase how Adobe technology can best support our customer's objectives
  • Create presentations and strategy to best communicate technical information and architecture mapping to our customers
  • Help brands fully capitalize on the era of digital transformation, so they can deliver personalized and meaningful experiences across all devices and channels for their customers by aligning to Adobe Experience Cloud solutions

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
  • Demonstrated interest in business strategy, digital marketing, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for new knowledge, resourceful and able to absorb concepts quickly
  • You enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends
  • You are energetic, driven and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work
