Job Summary: The district office receptionist will answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide information to parents, community, staff and students. The receptionist will facilitate communication between administration and families. Must speak authoritatively on a variety of topics, including rules, disciplinary measures, and day-today operations. You may also be required to present policies and regulations to district office visitors.
Qualifications: The candidate should have a high school diploma. Additional degrees and/or training associated with office management is preferred but not necessary.
Working Conditions: The candidate may work in the front office and must be willing and able to communicate with visitors, students, faculty and staff. Should be able to manage an office and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The secretary position could include, but is not limited to departments of attendance, guidance, etc.
