Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Production Team Lead at our Fort Worth, TX facility to support leadership with ensuring that daily production, quality, and safety metrics are met.
Shift Available:
1st Shift 6am-2pm. Overtime may be scheduled and it is Including but not limited to the weekends.
All Leaders are required to arrive 30mins prior to their shift start in order to properly prepare for the day.

Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Production Team Lead at our Fort Worth, TX facility to support leadership with ensuring that daily production, quality, and safety metrics are met.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversees, monitors, and coordinates activities for Production Teams responsible for material handling, machine setup and troubleshooting, and equipment operation.
- Gives importance to individual member's and overall team's achievement of established goals.
- Ensures team's goals are aligned with and representative of the overall company's directive. Acts as liaison between team members and the production leadership team.
- Supports the department Supervisor or Manager while maintaining minimal authority for personnel actions as required, filling in from time to time as a Production Lead in the absence of the Supervisor.
- Monitors and maintains exceptional quality on all machine in the Inserting Department.
You Must Have:
- Good attendance and punctuality
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Problem solving ability with machine troubleshooting skills
- Understand and recognize quality standards as well as production load leveling
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of printing
- Excellent judgement to plan, oversee the floor and accomplish daily production goals as set by the production management team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
We Would Also Prefer:
- Good knowledge of the equipment in in a Print and Mail production environment.
- Leadership and team building experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
