- Operates production equipment, rotating between several areas of manufacturing (Saws, stamp, vibe, Rotoblast, etc.).
- Perform daily tasks based on Bosch Safety guidelines.
- Produce parts to within specification.
- Monitor manufacturing methods and quality to ensure departmental and business goals are met.
- Maintaining or improving cost competitiveness, which includes identifying, recommending, and implementing necessary improvements.
- Change equipment tooling as needed.
- Adhering to work schedule and priorities.
- Maintain a clean area and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Prefer mechanical aptitude and/or machine operating experience.
- Interest in manufacturing processes and/or production equipment.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
- Must be within a commutable distance to facility. Relocation support not offered.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship.
- Not eligible for VA/VN assignment.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to identify color coded steel to routing specifications.
- Ability to read a tape measure to within 1/16".
- Ability to read a veneer, dial, or digital caliper to within + or - .001.
- Ability to identify potential flaws in materials.
- Ability to operate an overhead hoist.
