Production Associate
Hours:
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 4:30pm
Possible Overtime on Saturdays
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Benefits:

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assemble parts or units, and position, align, adjust, and fasten units to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames, using hands, hand tools and power tools in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines.
- Does work right the first time; corrects own errors; regularly produces accurate, thorough work.
- Regularly meets production goals and deadlines set daily.
- Rotate among various assembly stations in order to give and receive training and gain general knowledge and experience on multiple work stations.
- Display cooperation and willingness to work where needed.
- May be assigned to various production tasks, as needed, to facilitate cross training and to cover daily needs.
- Follow all prescribed safety and housekeeping guidelines.
- Visually inspect, test, and adjust unit to ensure that parts meet specifications and customer order requirements.
- Perform set-up of parts and materials for assembly line.
- Punctual and dependable, and ready to begin work on time each day and follow all time and attendance policies, safety policies and company policies.
- Perform repair work on repairable returns and sort and dismantle returned products.
- May perform printing on product prior to assembly.
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, communicate and comprehend written and verbal procedures and instructions.
- Previous experience in assembly preferred.
