Responsibilities: Provide advice on the most suitable AV/IT choices for guests in conference rooms Provide conference room AV support for executive level meetings Provide technical support for AV systems inside the conference rooms Install and configure software and hardware video cables wireless presentation systems management suites etc. Monitor AV systems and technology performance Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs Work with outside vendors and integrators to troubleshoot/fix advanced issues Provide ongoing communication throughout the day to AV/IT support staff and leadership on updates and issues regarding conference room technology Collaborate with other AV/IT professionals to maintain standards and functionality of meeting spaces

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with AV/IT end user support - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Experience in desktop support is appreciated - Working knowledge of AV/IT systems and applications/collaboration tools Microsoft Teams WebEx etc. - Understanding of AV control systems Crestron Microsoft Teams Rooms Cisco video endpoints etc. - Ability to troubleshoot audio and video conference calls - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Consults with end-users in addressing problems and assists in formulating solutions - Maintains exceptional level of communication with end-users - Excellent organizational and coordination abilities - BS/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred - AVIXA CTS certification or equivalent preferred - 2 years of experience in an AV related support field preferred
