We’re looking for an experienced Zund Cutting Machine Operator - 2nd Shiftto join our team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Zund cutting machine with high proficiency to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Set up and program the Zund cutting machine based on job specifications.
• Ensure all production materials and cutting blades are at the cutter before set-up
• Determine the best utilization of master sheet, cutting to customers’ specifications
• Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective action on equipment to detect malfunctions and to achieve maximum machine performance
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the Zund cutting machine.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Zund Cutting Machine Operator or similar role.
• Proficient in setting up and operating Zund cutting machines.
• Strong understanding of cutting machine programming and troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Technical training or certification in cutting machine operation is a plus.
• Lift up to 50 lbs
