```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement programs and activities to engage and support youth
- Provide counseling and mentorship to help youth overcome challenges
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services for youth
- Monitor and document progress of youth in program
- Facilitate group discussions and workshops on various topics
- Assist with crisis intervention when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
```Experience```
- Experience working with customer service/willing to train the right candidate
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with youth and stakeholders
- Ability to collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
- Understanding of social work principles and practices
- Coachable
- Demonstrated leadership skills in program development and implementation
- Strong administrative skills to manage program documentation
