Associate Counselor/Youth Community Support Specialist- Full Time
Position Details:Location Unionville- Hybrid
Some Travel Involved: Kirksville/Macon/Moberly area
Community-Centered: Work closely within our local community, both onsite and offsite
Population:Working with youth, parents, and schools

This role is essential to helping individuals on their journey to recovery and resilience. You'll provide person-centered care, emphasizing personal strengths, skill development, and harm reduction. Your work will involve supporting individuals in their recovery efforts, collaborating with treatment teams, and offering a range of community resources.

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of case management and rehabilitation methods related to mental health and substance use disorders.

- A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges.
