About Us:
The Wellness Center is a dynamic and growing holistic therapy center and yoga studio dedicated to promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle through yoga. We believe in the transformative power of yoga to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As we expand our reach, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Yoga and Social Media Coordinator.
Responsibilities:

• Design and lead a variety of yoga classes catering to different skill levels and preferences.
• Develop and implement innovative and diverse yoga programs to meet the needs and interests of our community.
• Provide personalized guidance and adjustments to ensure a safe and enriching yoga experience for participants.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the studio, encouraging a sense of community among practitioners.
• Oversee yoga schedule and yoga scheduling software.
• Address concerns from Yoga and holistic clients.
• Coordinate sub requests and coverage for classes.
• Collaborate with other instructors to share expertise and coordinate special events, workshops, and retreats.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with the brand's vision and values.
• Create and curate engaging content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Manage and grow our online community by fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote yoga classes, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with yoga instructors to capture and share behind-the-scenes content, tips, and inspirational stories.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Yoga and a deep understanding of its principles and benefits.
• Proven experience managing Social Media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Certified Yoga Instructor with a recognized accreditation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
• Knowledge of Social Media analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns.
• Familiarity with current trends in the wellness and fitness industry.

Requirements:

• Yoga certification or significant experience in practicing and teaching yoga.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Proficiency in Social Media platforms, scheduling tools, and graphic design software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge and experience with Wellness Living Systems.
