Summary:

The Social Media Coordinator will generate awareness, consistent branding, and maintain a positive reputation for Nubella Med Spa on a local level through public relations, \marketing and advertising efforts and local market leadership endeavors.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and maintain consistent brand voice

• Execute content management on multiple platforms

• Collaborate to create content for Social Media calendar; community management of all Social Media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. including posts, profile content, contests/promotions, patient engagement and reporting

• Monitor and engage on various Social Media platforms, replying to comments, messages, inquiries, reviews, etc. in brand voice

• Create, send and track all email marketing campaigns based on direction from Nubella

• Schedule and lead monthly departmental marketing meetings; follow-up on action items and prepare agendas

• Track analytics of marketing activity done for respective promos and report out results during staff meetings

• Daily monitoring and respond to Social Media reviews

• Audit and maintain image library

• Maintain the marketing content calendar

• Maintain Nubella Med Spa website

• Handles special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work alone as well as work well with others.

• Must have good communication skills.

• Must be extremely computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Publisher, Outlook, Express, Excel)..

• Must have good organizational skills.

• Microsoft Office programs, Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite, Photo Shop, computer, excel, telephone, copier, printer, digital camera, video camera, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
